I would love to have the "unhealthy" version with the stick of butter and 2 cups of sugar, or Jo's Mulligan Stew Cookies recipe!

I have a great crackpot or oven baked meal!
Do Lollie we call it
Debone rotisserie chicken as much as you need for how many you are serving
2 - 3 cans Italian Green Beens or kind you like Drained
3 baked potatoes cooled & large cubes or you can use canned potatoes drained & sliced in halves
1 - 2 large sliced onions
Garlic if like
2 -3 cups chicken broth( I use boxes or cans)
1 - 2 pkg. Of dry Italian seasoning for salad dressing ( depending how much you are making)
1 stick of Butter but I never use it to save on calories
I use large cooking bags to help with the clean up.
Layer in crackpot starting with broth, and between each layer sprinkle the Italian seasoning, potatoes, beans, onion slices chicken & repeat. If baking be sure cover with foil. Bake about 45 mins & in crock pot on low about 4 - 6 hours. So Yummy & serve with bread of your choice & tomato slices or Salad.
For Beef version use bag frozen meat balls in place of chicken & baby carrots to the mix. Also good!

Paige: This "unhealthy" version for these no-bake cookies are a family favorite since my kids were little...We call them "Mulligan Stew" cookies in the midwest. These are my kids favorite and they still ask me (ages 32, 30, 27) to make them for Christmas! They are awesome!
